PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR YOUR MOBILE DETAIL:
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET READY FOR THE DETAIL?
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before any type of detailing anything that is left in the vehicle will not be moved or relocated for the duration of the detail. Locked compartments or compartments with personal belongings will not be emptied or cleaned by our detail crew. We do not clean or open the spare tire compartment of vehicles unless you’ve removed your spare tire, tools, and any other items in preparation for cleaning. THIS INCLUDES CAR SEATS AND BOOSTER SEATS AS WELL AS ANY ITEMS IN TRUNKS! Primarily this is due to the time allotted for the detail and security of your items.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE TO COME OUTSIDE THE RICHMOND AREA?
We do charge a travel fee past 30 miles is $30.00 40 miles is $40.00 50 miles is $50.00 notice this travel charge will be added to the cost of service and will not be reflected automatically when booking the detail. The travel fee is based on our base address which is closest to Hardee's, 2135 County Dr, Petersburg, VA 23803

I HAVE STAINS ON MY SEATS AND CARPET WHAT PACKAGE DO I NEED?
The Super Shine package is designed for a car with minor stains if you do have light-heavy stains/mold/mildew please select The Ultimate Interior Package so we can ensure a more profound cleaning process can be done.

MY CAR HAS CHIPS AND DEFECTS IN THE PAINT CAN I STILL GET IT DONE?
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes such as but not limited to the following equipment pressure washer, brushes, and a buffer. Cracked windshields and any other damage should be noted to the technician before booking or beginning any service. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service and must be brought up before we depart your detail after a full inspection.

I PICKED THE WRONG DETAIL PACKAGE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
An "Extra Dirty Fee" will apply for any vehicle that contains excess amounts of dirt and or trash please understand that while we charge a flat rate it will be brought up before the start of any detail! if you already know you will have to pay the extra fee please add it to your vehicle when you schedule your detail thanks in advance! Be advised for extra dirty vehicles the price may be adjusted for mold, mildew, or any other hazardous material.

I HAVE TWO CARS WILL I GET A DISCOUNT?
Yes, We offer $25 off EACH when you book 2 or more vehicles to be detailed at the same time as long as it is a full package for both vehicles. This discount can only be applied with full-price details and cannot be used with other discounts. ​

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY DETAIL?
We NOW have a square reader ($5.00 Fee) which can take Google/Apple pay as well as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover also we accept Cash, Cashapp, and Venmo at this time.

Before we complete your detail please do a full check of the vehicle inside and out to make sure all concerns or spots that may have been overlooked are taken care of! While this should not be an issue we are only human and have the chance to overlook the basics every once in a while. Our technicians will and should recommend a check of the vehicle before collecting the payment but if they fail to do so please stop them and make sure your needs are met!

Photos of your vehicle will not include any license plates or any personal information but are required to protect you and us from any damages/concerns that may have occurred before our arrival. Photos will be used for our advertising on occasion if you do not want them to be posted please advise us prior to your vehicle's detailed appointment.

Understand that Vaping, cigarettes, or any other type of smoking in the vehicle can affect the outcome of windows and other interior items.

No REFUNDS of any kind we hold the right to keep what we charged for detail if you are unhappy with the detail please let us know while on the job so we can make sure the issue is resolved promptly!

​Truck beds that have a cover over them will only be cleaned on the outside and not opened if you have your truck bed cover open upon our arrival or need it clean please tell us and we can accommodate.​
